Return to Blackcreek by Riley Hart is a new addition to the Blackcreek series, especially written for the holiday season. In this book we revisit every couple we met before in the series to catch up with their lives again as they are now. Every couple faces a critical decision that could have major impact on their lives and their relations. Will they make the right choice or not? Braden is planning a weekend away for him and Wes. He wants to spend a whole weekend alone with his husband, but that is not the only reason. Braden wants to ask Wes a very important question and he needs the right place to do it. Pretend is part 3 in the Blackcreek series and it tells the story of Mason Alexander and Gavin Davis. Both of them have things they are running away from and both hope to find it in the little town of Blackcreek. Mason is running from his parents who want him to take over the family business. But he wants to know if he can make it on his own. So he comes to Blackcreek and buys the local bar. Gavin is also running from his parents, who say he is going to hell for being gay.They want him to forget what he is and find a nice girl and settle down. But when Gavin even loses his job as a music teacher because he wants to help someone, everything becomes to much for him and he runs. He ends up in Blackcreek, where is once boyfriend and know best friend lives. Looking for a job, he ends up in Mason’s bar as a bartender. Pretty soon it becomes obvious the guys have feelings for each other. But in order for that to happen, they have to work through all their problems, be honest with each other and work very hard…
