Rocked Hard
Bookreview / August 27, 2018

Rocked Hard was send to me as a review request by Morticia Knight, the author of the book. I liked the blurb and decided to read the story. I was not disappointed. The story is a simple one, but there is nothing wrong with that. I really liked the story and enjoyed reading it. The book has been released before in 2 parts, called Rockin’ the Alternative and Rockin’t It Forever. For this new book the story has been revised reedited. Aubrey King is a legendary rock singer who has known succes in the past, but then suddenly disappeared from the stage and was never seen again. Now he is preparing his comeback, and it needs to be done in the best way possible. There have always been rumours about his sexuality and who he has taken into the bedroom. However, nothing has ever been confirmed and he has never said anything about it. Aubrey wants to write his memoir and he needs professional help to do it. Bryan Gallagher, rock journalist has been reading, writing and dreaming about rock music since he was 12 years old. He became obsessed with the band Aubrey King was playing in, Falling in…

Scratch Track
Blogtour , Bookteaser / January 31, 2018

Hello, I’m Eli Lang. Welcome to the blog tour for my contemporary m/m romance with rock stars, Scratch Track. Join in on the discussion in the comments and have fun! Thanks for stopping by!  About Scratch Track Being a roadie isn’t everyone’s idea of a dream job, but it’s all Quinn wants. He loves touring, loves getting to hear amazing music every night and, more than anything, loves being someone the band members of Escaping Indigo can lean on. When Quinn joins the band in the recording studio, it’s supposed to be fun, but it only seems to remind him of doubts he thought he’d left behind—doubts about his brother’s death, his place with the band, and his ability to care for and support his friends. So when his ex, Nicky, tumbles back into his life, Quinn’s completely unprepared. The failure of his past romance with Nicky is yet another strike against Quinn’s confidence. But Nicky’s unassuming kindness makes it hard for Quinn to resist a new entanglement. Quinn isn’t sure they won’t make the same mistakes again, but he wants a second chance, even if that means facing the past, learning to let his friends support him, and proving…

Rock Stars Are Trouble – Hooch in Hades 1
Bookreview / June 17, 2016

Rock Stars Are Trouble is a novel by Kelly D. Smith and apparently part 1 in the Hooch in Hades series.. Smith that she requested me to read and review. It is not a book I would normally read, but I did and I liked it. There is no man on man action here, we are dealing with a straight couple here. It kind of reminded me a little bit of Fifty Shades of Grey, minus the SM stuff. But a nice story it is…. Kenda Lexan is a writer for a popular music blog, but she has to write something good or her job is on the line. She needs the money real bad and cannot afford to loose this, so she is looking for a great story. And thats when she meets Greyson Brant, a singer in an upcoming rock band. It just might be her big chance, but she knows from experience that rock singers are only trouble. But when she finally meets Greyson, he turns out to be very different. He is actually nice to his fans and doesn’t live up to the rock star image at all. And he is seriously flirting with her. Kenda…

Full Exposure
Bookreview / September 13, 2015

Full Exposure is a short novel by Amy Jo Cousins and is all about the geek meeting the celebrity and falling in love for real. This kind of story has always been a favorite of mine, but it is very hard to make it believable. I think Amy Jo really pulled it of here, the story is great and easy to read. Evan Pak is a computer geek who loves nothing more than the quiet live, going unnoticed for the most time. His brother is a somewhat famous photographer and sometimes takes Evan along to be his assistent on shoots. This also happens for a photoshoot with Riley Flood, world famous rock star and great eye candy, or at least Evan thinks so. But why would a guy like that fall for some one like Evan? The shoot is for the new album cover and they can’t seem to get it right. But a spontaneous idea ends up with Evan stripping naked and getting close and intimate with Riley. The connection between the two men is instant and undeniable. But when the shoot is over they go their own way again and whatever there was between them seems to be…
