Foxglove Copse
Blogtour , Bookteaser / September 5, 2017

About Foxglove Copse After a massive anxiety attack, Sam Atkins left his high-powered job in the City and committed himself to life on the road in a small van. Six months in, he’s running out of savings and coming to the conclusion that he might have to go home to his emotionally abusive family. Needing time to think, he takes a walk through a copse by the Cornish roadside, only to stumble upon the body of a ritualistically killed sheep. As he’s trying to work out what the symbols around the animal mean, the sheep’s owner, Jennifer, and her nephew, Ruan Gwynn, come upon him. Ruan is a kind-hearted young man with a large supportive clan, and since he and Sam feel almost instant attraction, he doesn’t want to believe Sam is a sheep-killing cultist. In fact, the moment he lays eyes on Sam’s miserable solitary life, he wants to rescue the man. But as the killings escalate, he and Sam need to stop whoever is actually to blame before they can concentrate on saving each other. His Royal Favorite – His Royal Secret #2
Bookreview / August 9, 2017

As promised when I talked about part 1 I also read part 2 in the series and I will tell you all about it today. Let me start of by telling that part 2 in the series was quite good, but in some ways it left me wanting more and with unanswered questions. When we left part 1 James was about to come out to the public eye and telling the world he is a gay man and deeply in love with Benjamin. But when he reveals that to the world, it will also mean exposing Benjamin as his partner. Is Benjamin truly ready for being the partner of the next in line for the throne. He will never have a moment of peace or privacy anymore and the press will be hunting him wherever he goes. And will he be able to keep working as a reporter or not? So when the news finally breaks all over the world, the deep dark secrets from the past will also be brought out to light. And some of those things where never meant to come out again. Will James be able to deal with Benjamins past or not? Will their love be…

James really wants to come out, but he knows he can’t. Because when he does, he will be removed from the line and the throne will fall to his sister Amelia. Rory finds his new lodger surprisingly fun to be with, and what’s more, David is a hit with Rory’s troubled children. Finding Julien – Love in Secret Book 1
Bookreview / March 5, 2016

Finding Julien is the first book in the new Love in Secret series by Genevieve Wolfe. As far as I know this is the first book I read from this author, but if they are all like this, I will be wanting more. The story is sweet, romantic, breath taking and just very good written. I loved it so much !! Julien is the youngest son of a British aristocrat and just turned 21. He has enrolled in a college in Boston looking to get as far away from his family as possible. They will never accept that he is gay and so he needs to get some distance from them to find himself. Darius is a college student, working as a bartender in his uncles club. He is completely focused on work and school. He doesn’t want to let anyone in his heart, because he knows it will end up hurting him again. And he will do anything to prevent that from happening. But then Julien walks in to the club with some friends, celebrating his 21st birthday. The attraction between them is fast and instant, but will they be able to make it work? The constant threat of…

Exchange of Hearts
Bookreview / December 13, 2015

Exchange of Hearts is the latest novel by one of my favorite authors N.R. Walker. As we all know I wasn’t a big fan of the Cronin series, but this book more than made up for it. I read this one in a few hours, just couldn’t stop until it was finished. I LOVED IT !! Harrison Haddon is 18 years old and has been alone all his life. Sure his parents are rich, but he has grown up surrounded by nannies and all material things he could wish for. But all he has ever wanted was the approval of his father. Now he is send away to boarding school and expected to follow in his fathers footsteps and become a doctor. But Harrison doesn’t want to be a doctor. He wants to be a classical pianist, but his parents would never allow such a thing. Then Levi Aston comes in for three months. On an exchange program from London, he is able to convince Harrison not to give up on his dreams so soon. Levi is a free spirit and always does whatever he wants to do. In those three months Harrison and Levi fall deeply in love and…
