Blogtour , Bookteaser / December 14, 2017

About Operation Green Card Arkady Izmaylov is a family man. He’s also gay. In Russia. His sister Natalya has been telling him to get out for years, but it’s only after an attack in the street that he finally concedes and says yes to her desperate plan of him marrying a stranger for a green card. Jason Cooley was taught from birth that he’s no good to anyone. Then the military taught him he was good enough to save other lives, but that purpose got amputated along with his leg. He’s now working security at Wolf’s Landing and sending monthly checks to his ex for their daughter’s education. When Natalya asks him to marry her brother, Jason knows right away he’ll do it more for the mission than the money she’s offering. But when he actually meets Arkady, his mission turns complicated. Jason quickly discovers he’s not as straight as he thought. He’s also the man of Arkady’s dreams. Arkady must convince Jason that he’s worth loving, and that Arkady won’t disappear from his life like everyone else. Because Arkady has always wanted a family of his own, and he’s not letting go of this one. Available now from Riptide…

Three Player Game
Blogtour , Bookteaser / August 18, 2017

About Three Player Game  Vince’s life has improved immeasurably since he moved to Bluewater Bay two years ago. He’s gone from working for a man he hated, to helping found a company he believes in. And he and his boyfriend, Pete, have built a delicate balance of power between them that keeps them both grounded and thriving. Almost, anyway. Pete’s job on the set of Wolf’s Landing is demanding. He needs lots of downtime off set, and that’s where Vince’s firm but gentle control isn’t always enough. And for Vince, Pete’s constant high-energy needs are turning out to be more than he can handle alone. It’s no surprise to either of them, then, that sparks fly when Vince’s coworker Lee enters the picture. Outwardly, Lee is tough and confident, but when a bad back confines him to Pete and Vince’s spare room, the cracks start to show and his desire for connection begins to peek through. Pete and Vince both like what they see under Lee’s prickly outside, but now the three men must learn that love isn’t about beating the game—it’s about balance, trust, and letting each other in. Now available from Riptide Publishing. http://www.riptidepublishing.com/titles/three-player-game About Bluewater Bay Welcome…

Selling It
Bookreview / June 12, 2016

Selling It is a short story by Sara York, recently republished with a new cover. It was the first time I learned about the story and I liked it very much. It is a small murder mystery combined with a love story and it seems to be working very well. It was a quick read, but I enjoyed it a lot. Blaine Wilson is a police officer in the DC force and he has one very big secret, he is gay. Whenever he feels the need to act on his desires he make sure he goes far away into a place where he will never meet anyone he knows. Blaine used to be a teen prostitute in the past and he still has the scars it left him. So he is determined to keep that part of his life private. But when he meets Andy everything changes. For the first time in a long time he feels things he thought gone for a long time. And it forces him to rethink a lot of things. He comes out at work and is forced to tell his captain about the things that happened in the past. Will their love be strong…

House of Cards Season 1
Netflix , TV Show Review / December 27, 2014

As a recent Netflixer I started by watching the first Season of a show I heard a lot about already. House of Cards (US) is an adaptation of the original BBC miniseries by the same name that aired in 1990 and the novel by Michael Dobbs. It is an American political drama series created especially for the Netflix network and premiered on February 1 2013. The entire first season was placed on line at the same time and contains 13 episodes. It is the story of Frank Underwood (played by Kevin Spacey) a Democrat in office in Washington. After he is passed over for an important position, he decides to plan a revenge that will get him in a place of power in the end. He is assisted by his wife Claire Underwood (played by Robin Wright). She is the head of a organization called CWI (Clear Water Initiative). The series is primarily about ruthless pragmatism, manipulation, power, and doing bad things for the greater good. To get where he wants to go Frank doesn’t hold back and is not afraid to hurt or even kill people to get what he wants. He uses everyone and everything, sometimes even without them…
