As a one-night stand quickly turns into more, Diego knows he’s playing with fire. Arctic Fire
Bookreview / November 29, 2016

Imagine finding love in the least likely place you can think of, the cold of the Arctic. What are the chances of meeting the man of your dreams in a place like that. For our two MC’s that is just what happens. Captain Jack Turner has fought a long war in Afghanistan and lost something very dear to him. Still hunted by the past, he is now stuck behind his desk desperate to get out in the field again. So when his boss asks him to go to the Arctic, he doesn’t have to think about it very long. But as soon as he gets there he manages to loose it with the Canadian Ranger that will be his guide, Kin Carsen. Jack would rather be anywhere else then in a small tent with Kin, but that is where he will be for the time being. Kin has lived in the Arctic all his life and he doesn’t want to be anywhere else, but living openly as a gay man in there is a bit difficult. He loves being a Ranger but he is on strange ground with Jack. And when they get stranded in a blizzard, both men start…

I.N.E.T. #1
Bookreview / May 11, 2016

I.N.E.T. is short for International Narcotics Enforcement & Tracking and is the first novel in the new series by Brenda Cothern. She has never been one of my favorite authors because of her preference for SM, leather and hairy men, but I kind of liked the title so I decided to give it a try. And I am very sorry to say, but this book was just bad in my opinion. I did not even finish it, I just could not get through to the end. Michael Knight is an excellent undercover cop and really likes his job. But because of his name he gets a lot of teasing and jokes and he finds it harder and harder to take. Then one day someone messed with his truck and that was the final drop. Michael decides to quit and walks out of his job. Aaron Slade has been working for I.N.E.T. for several years now and has been send out to meet his new partner. He doesn’t want a new partner, but the higher ups are forcing him into it. So when he sees Michael Knight for the first time, sparks are flying everywhere and the attraction between the men…

Everything Changes – Resilient Love #1
Bookreview / April 23, 2016

Everything Changes is the first novel in the Resilient Love series by Melanie Hansen. A friend of mine told me about these books and how much she loved them and that I absolutely had to read them. So of course I started with this first one and I must say she was right. Strong, powerful and romantic novels, exactly the way I like it. Both MC’s in this novel have a past with a lot of problems and difficulties, but must fight to over come this and find love together. I love it !! Carey Everett is a former marine, but after an incident that caused him to lose a leg, he is now a counselor for veterans and their families. Because of what happened to him he was forced to dig deep into his feelings and emotions and find a strength he never thought he had. But now he has managed to find a purpose in his life and he is relatively happy. Jase DeSantis has been in love with Carey for as long as he can remember, but he knows Carey is straight and will never be able to give him what he wants. They are best friends,…
